I imported some square steel tubing from toolbox, and the program keeps changing the bend radiuses to 90 degree square corners after I have already saved and assembled the part. Why does this keep happening and what can I do to stop it? This is like the fourth time its happened and I cant keep taking time to go back and fix it.

Welcome to the forum. In addition to what Alin posted, if you're editing Toolbox components and saving them in a new location or under a new name you might want to remove the Toolbox designation from the parts. Directions are here: http://www.rickyjordan.com/2008/03/is-it-a-toolbox.html.
