Hi all,
After going round in circles for the last hour and getting tunnel vision, can anyone see what Im missing?
Its a simple plasma cut plate that has a plasma cut bevel along one curved edge.
It is then formed with a large vee block and punch tool.
I cant seem to get it to refold and have tried putting the chamfer in various places in the tree.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You supressed the SketchBend1 inside the Sketched Bend1 feature. Also the Unfold1 should be suppressed.

Thankyou Alin I missed that.
The solution given above solved my problem however when I modified it by moving the chamfer to the opposite edge it failed again.
I have attached both parts (the LH works fine but the RH wont refold after flattening and machining the chamfer) and when compared I cant see any reason it wont work.
Fraser, why don't you mirror the LH Arm?

I did do that as a work around to begin with however the design has changed to a point where a mirror wont work.
I wanted to get this method working correctly on a simple part (like the LH version) before I spent time finishing the design.
