We are attempting to expand use of our EPDM system to different departments.  We are currently running Enterprise PDM 2011.  One of the projects is an excel sheet used to track a purchasing proccess.  I have the excel sheet created, and stored in our templates folder.  the template is set up in PDM and works wonderfully on MY machine.  However, i am having problems getting it to work on my purchasing department's machines.  Ever time we try to open an new template using the right click>new>...template method, it will open the template data card, then when "OK" is pressed, it gives an error message that reads:

We have tried her account on my machine, and it functions perfectly.  I have tried my account on her machine, and it does not work.  So it it seems like it is not PDM permissions.  We are both running Excel 2010, my version number is 14.0.6112.5000, her is 14.0.6129.5000.  I have updated her .net framework to the same as mine.  The only major difference is she is on an XP machien and I am running a windows7 machine.  Does anyone have any insight on this?  a search for the term "the server threw an exception" does not really narrow the problem down much.
