New user here.
I'm a student at the university in Aalesund, Norway. We've started learning how to use SolidWorks for our product development course.
We use SolidWorks 2013 Education Edition.
I don't have administrator rights to the computer we use.
The problem:
The PhotoView 360 preview window won't open.
I've checked the PhotoView 360 add-in. I have the PhotoView 360 option on my toolbar.
And I click "Preview Window" -> Nothing comes up.
The action bar says:
"Transferring model information to PhotoView 360..."
But nothing happens after this.
I've tabbed.. There's nothing behind the program.
I've searched the forums and have noticed that some people have the same problem.
One user said that upgrading from 32bit windows 7 to 64bit windows helped.
But we already have a 64bit windows 7 on the school computers.
The graphics card is a intel integrated card, so it's not the best.
But I checked it with this site and it's "supposed" to work and it shouldn't be the problem.
I've also checked with other computers and all have the same problem.
Is there a fix to this?
