No, really how the heck did I do this? On the attached drawing 412080 I placed a detail view ("A") and was somehow able to manipulate the view to eliminate the area circled in red (left side of screen clip) from showing in the detail view.
On a similiar drawing I am working on today I can select and hide the red circled lines in the detail view and not show them, but I still have the reminants of the detail circle that I cannot get rid of.
Now the view on 412080 does seem to be a "detail" view (thought maybe I had converted the view to a sketch or something) because if I select the circle on the parent view and delete it the detail view is also deleted, so it seems to me to still be related. However if you notice the arc that is not part of the model geometry but rather the cut edge from the detail view is a different radius than that of the parent view. ???
Any ideas?
