Good Afternoon,

I have created an assembly with several layers of sheet metal parts.  One layer has holes and I want to propagate those holes through the other layers in the assembly.  I have watched videos and browsed many of these threads and have been unsuccessful in finding a solution.  From what I can tell, the hole series tool is probably the one I want to use.  I found this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5JuWTTdFtaU).  I followed the steps for a flat surface that I made just to try it, and it worked; however, when I tried to do it on the curved surfaces I had created in my assembly, it did not work.

I kept getting this error: "All components selected for assembly feature scope are of future version. Propagated assembly feature could not be created".

My parts were created using sheet metal tools.  Perhaps that is a reason for the hole series tool not working.  Any tips are appreciated.  I have included a picture for reference.

Thanks in advance for your help.
