I am having trouble getting copy with mates to work with concentric mates.  I am often copying cylindrical components (valves, fittings) to new sketch lines (routings for pipes).  Whenever I try to copy a concentric mate, I get the message "Selected entity not valid for current mating type".

Any idea why?  Included is a model with 2 examples: one a part from a vendor, the other a simple extruded cylinder.
