Hole wizard file location issue!

I have been trying to use the default holewizard which is provided by solidworks (swbrowser.dmb I guess). I have set the file locations to the appropriate folders but it comes up with a new error message.

I am not sure how to set the default data folder with read write priviledges. I do have administrator priviledges.

Same happens when I try with solidworks toolbox.

Not sure if I am doing it the correct way.

Any help would be appreciated.
