Motors linked in a duplicated motion analysis!?

I've got a headache and hope someone can help.

I've duplicated motion analysis studies thinking I could save time by just making small iterations to the motor controller inputs for each study. However, as I got through the last version and went back to the original motion analysis, all of the motor controller inputs had changed to equal those of the last one. In fact all of the motor controller inputs seemed to be linked, so if I change one, they all change. So if I have motors 1-5 in one study, 6-10 in the next, 11-15 etc., 1, 6, 11 are linked.

Did I do something wrong? I can't seem to figure a way how to get them un-linked without creating new motion analysis studies each time.
