I have high resolution meshes generated by xray CT scanner. These come to me as water-tight STL files. To preserve detail, I use meshlab to convert the STL to OBJ 3d file format which I then, ScanTo3D is enabled, I import into SW2012 SP5 64bit running on a Core i7 with 16G of memory.
I then use various standard tools to do a precision model. My problem is that when I save the model then reload it, the reference mesh is in the design tree but suppressed. Normally you would use Show/Hide but those commands seem to be surppressed as well. Any one know what's going on here and how to correct it so that the Show/Hide for the imported mesh is restored?
Thanks
Kent
