EPDM 2013 SP4
I guess its 2012.Have you been through the logs?
It depends on the time for which the network is unavailable.Once it times out.All the unreplicated files are added to next schedule.
Are you refering "SolidWorks Enterprise PDM Archive Server" service? Stops and Restarts fine for me.
2013 EPDM SP2
Whoops corrected thanks!
Yes been through logs, starts replication that's it.
I delete the schedule, recreate, and it won't replicate. Even though the log says replication started.
Is the connection test passes sucessfully ? do you use the ip address or machine name to define the replication schema ?
PM me your number, We could do a remote session.
Just for clarification, the Schedule is in the time zone of the Replicated To server.. Are you sure you are waiting until the time in the destination location.
Server A is in the US Central time
Server B is in China
Replication is from A to B
Replication time is set for 1:00 PM, (This time will be Chine Time)
A number of times, we had to restart the PDMWorks Enterprise Databse Server Service to get it to start.
I would refer back to the Replication guide... but...It depends on the bandwidth that they have.
For best practices, I set different Replication Schemes for the Locations with specific Times
I like to have a Scheme for the destination i.e. (China,US, Texas, Oklahoma, etc..)
For most there is a time zone issue and Work times vary.
