We create 2D DXF mechanical drawings using Autocad and our manufacturer is saying that they cant use the measuring tool for their eviewer program they use.

I am not sure on the version of eviewer they are using but they have said that they said they havn't had issues measuring dxf files from other clients files.

Is there a reason why they can''t measure our dxf files but can measure on other clients files?

I have tried myself with Autocad, draftsight and we can measure not on eviewer but this is probably because it is the free version (but it does say that measurement are enabled)
