The part seem too thick to make it possible,so i have to ask you about the detail:
1.which material does the solid have?SUS304?
2.Do you conform the thickness of this solid part?it is 8.0mm,isn't it?
3.Do you want have one tooling design for making this part?

I don't know where you are from,maybe the standard between different countries is a little different.
first of all,my suggestion is:Do you have to do this by punching way?or perhaps you may consider
laser machine to make it,and it costs.
Talking about the punch tooling,i have a little pracitice in this field(but just a little bit),so i am not
sure if i can take some helpful advice to you.anyway,you can take the words as a casual remark.
As Low carbon steel,SAE 1010 is not so difficult to cut.but considering the thickness,we have to
take a look at several point,such as :
1.gap between punch side and die side,(0.8-0.96mm)
2.make sure the strenthen of the punch is good enough,as well as die.(pick up high solid material
3.stairway to the punch is another idea.the die plate should be active and elastic(driving by spring).
4.the power of punch machine should be count in advance,i think the press force must be more than 250-300T.
As the list above,it depends on you if it is ok for this case.please look and judge by yourself.i wish you success!

I can not think about laser process because we have to produce 3000 Pcs. Per day.
So the only one system we have for producibg pilot lot & i.e punching way,& the other specification that you have given is good.

i'm trying to find the way for you,but at first,i think i should know more about your project in detail.you know,tooling design is a huge engineer stuff,we cann't talk all within several piece of words,isn't it,Kumar?

it's my pleasure to talk with you on this issue.
First of all we need to find the functionality of this part and find out major and significant characteristics (with a detailed drawing?) and try to simplify other features as much as possible. As an example it will be very hard to achieve sharp corners as shown in the part and result would be that high in maintenance. In regular stamping/blanking with a compound Die, the blanked edge will be 1/3 shear and 2/3 breakaway and if it’s not suitable, then must look at pre-blanked and shave or Fine Blanking method.
What I want to say is that, with just a solid model it’s not advisable to design your process and the stamping die.
