Running Macro from an add-in as an embedded resource in Visual Studio

Does anyone know of a way to include a macro with an add-in as an embedded resource?  I would rather not distribute the add-in with an external macro file since that would expose the code.  I'm using the RunMacro2 method, but it requries a file name.

An example of this mechanism working in SolidWorks is the BitmapHandler.CreateFileFromResourceBitmap mechanism used for toolbar icons.

Or is there another way to distribute the macro with the add-in and keep it hidden?
