Hello.
I need to determine somehow if there any intersections of solids (SWEEPS) in a model.
For example: if model consists of two sweeps - if there any possibility to check it for their intersection? Some kind of add-in or macro?
In attached files i've shown up what i need

There are two thing you can try right now:
1. In part mode, go to Insert > Feature > Combine and use the option common. Then select all the bodies and see if there is anything left out which will be typically the intersection area/volume.
2. You can also convert you part file with multibody quickly to an assembly (No mates required). Now you can use interference detection tool in the assembly.
In either case when you make multibody part, make sure Merge result option is not selected in the features (like when you do sweep, extrude, revolve)

1. Somewhy "Insert > Feature > Combine" is disabled in my interface. I guess because of non part mode. But i haven't managed to find how activate it (i'm relevantly new in SW).
2. This way is more universal and can be easy automated (exactly what i need). I'll try to use this one.
As for your article (quickly to an assembly (No mates required)) i have a few questions:
How can i make solid bodies from a feature (for example a SWEEP)? Is there a way?
Can i make a separate solid bodies from each of sweeps (operating in the same part)?
I need it to make an assembly from them - just like in your article...

When you make part using sweep make sure merge option is unchecked (check attached video). This will create a multi body part which you can convert to assembly or use the option combine.
