I would like to add multiple Macro Buttons to a single Icon and have the option to use a Drop Down Menu to select which Icon I want to use. All I am able to do currently is to add separate Icons for each Macro. Any idea how to do this?
I'm not sure if there is a way to do that but you can combine all the macros in one single macro and then put a command box on further execution.
BTW why you want to use macro button and why not use keyboard shortcut.
As usual thanks for your valued input.
The reason I am using Macro Button is because I'm kind of ran out of keys for my short cut. I've used up most of the Keyboard keys and I'm afraid if I keep on adding more I will not remember which key represent which command. Maybe I'll add some more and write them down so I can remember them at least for the first use period. Thanks again.
Go here - www.kcswug.com/programs/macros/ and download - HotkeyCommander (there are other goodies too) and check if that can be helpful.
I'm not sure I understand what to do with the macros on that site. I've downloaded one of them (AltNum2.swp) and tried to run it from "Tool > Macro > Run and nothing happens.
Are these macros just like a holding place for the real macro? Like I said I'm not fully understanding what I need to do with these. - Thanks for your help.
Download this file, read the included files (specially the text file) and try: http://www.kcswug.com/programs/macros/HotkeyCommander.zip
