Need some help simulating NonLinear displacement graph

Hello everyone,

I want to find a non-linear displacement graph of a Silicone membrane when applying different uniform pressure on it.

This is what I do:

I have a round membrane with 20 microns radius and 1 micron thickness made of silicone that is clamped around perimeter as you can see in the picture below.

1.PNG

I add uniform pressure that is normal to the surface of the membrane.

Then I run the analysis and get the displacement.

The problem is that if I double the pressure the displacement result is doubled as well and I know that it should not be this way. What am I doing wrong? Maby I should use another analysis method or change something in the model? Any help would be apprecierated

Best regards,

David

P.S. I am using the Static simulation tool.

As for material properties I used:

Elastic Modulus in X1.48e+011N/m^2
Poisson's Ration in XY0.1773N/A
Mass Density2329kg/m^3
