It is possible insert traces on circuitworks?

Hi

 

I am working on Circuitworks, I import IDF 3.0 to circuitworks, on the top manu bar, "Traces", "Pads" and "Vias" all are off, can't turn them on. I don't know why? Due to IDF 3.0? if I import IDF 4.0, will turn them on? We don't have IDF 4.0 yet.

 

Anybody can help me this problem?

Hi Ping,

 

You are correct, traces are not supported with IDF 3.0, you'll need IDF 4.0.


From the CircuitWorks help..."trace, hole, silkscreen, and testpoint keep-out areas are only supported by IDF 4.0."
