I used the flex command to take a 6" x 6" structual tube and bent it to a large radius.  Now when I go to attach parts to the tube in an assy I am having alot of trouble getting them to mat propertly or at all. Everything turns red/yellow I have to force mates and it just doesnt go in the right spot.  Is there any way you know how to mate stuff when you are going to a bent peice using the flex compand. 

Also just a though I came up with and was going to try it but don't know if its going to work is to put all the pieces on the tube as its strait and then in the assy go and bend the tube and all the parts with bent with it and stay in appropriate spaces?  Will that work and only bend the tube and not every piece in the assy?

Kinda lost at this point and don't know what to do but figure there has to be a way to do it....
