Anyone know of a way to print the current time/date stamp on a pdf file when printing? Our printers don't have this option. Currently our "Released" prints are saved as a DWG. We have a 3rd party viewer that the shop floor views/prints the drawings. We are exploring the idea of making the PDF the "Released" print but can't find a way to get the current time/date stamp on the printed copy. Our viewing software views the PDF's but ends up using the Adobe print engine to print instead of its own. Thoughts?
Thanks,
Derek
