Different fluids in  different pipes?

How do you insert two different fluids (liquid and gas) in two different pipes. I want to be able to insert three gases in one pipe and water in the second pipe.

The fluids that I want are carbon Dioxide, steam, Nitrogen, and water. I selected water as the default fluid. When I insert the boundary conditions I can insert the water with the mass flow rate for the first pipe. The problem is the second pipe, I cannot/ do not know how to add the gases since water is the default fluid and can only insert water. I have tried going back and having the gases as the default liquid but when it comes to inserting the water for the first pipe I can't and only have the option of inserting the gases. If anyone could let me know how to resolve this I would appreciate it. Thank you
