You can add the short-cut for the macro. Firstly you need to create a macro button for the macro. Refer this topic: http://help.solidworks.com/2012/English/SolidWorks/sldworks/t_assigning_macro_toolbar_button.htm
After go to Customize->Keyboard where you can assign the short-cuts. You will find your macro button here so just add it as for any other commands.
