These "bonds" are infinitely strong...so to speak. Bond
strength, to me, refers to a force or stress level where the bond
releases, as in an adhesive. The Bonded Contact in CW essentially
merges 2 separate meshes into a single mesh so there is no
possibilty of separation.
You can query the bond for tranferred load to determine if the fastening method you anticipate using can handle the load however. This gives you some flexibility in sizing your joints.

In COSMOS Works, while running an analysis for an assembly with more than two parts, I use the "global contact" option to define that the two parts are bonded. Does anybody how much is the bond strength of this in COSMOS Works?
