I am a Solidworks design engineer working as a contractor in North Wales UK

Some of my clients use Solidworks but no longer pay there subscriptions and are stuck on various old versions

I have just bought a new,,,ish hp Z400 workstation with Windows 7 Pro' installed

To speed it a little I have also purchased a SSD and an upgrade for windows 8

Can anyone confirm wether I can install / run Solidworks 2010 or even earlier on Windows 8
