I work exclusively in the sheet metal industry. Many times, when I make a part, I have to check and record the bend lengths. At this point, I skect lines from the side and measure them. Is there any way in soldiwrosk to see those Intersections without drawing extra lines?
While in the sketch or drawing mode, select the two line or edges and then click on point. This will create a a point the intersection which you can use for measurement.
Deepak forgot to add that you should be holding SHIFT or CONTROL to select both lines. Of course it is well known that any multiple selection must be done like this.
The actual intersection 'point' style and display can be selected from OPTIONS, I believe there are 5 options.
To correct myself, this is available from drawings, I know of no way in model views.
