It is pretty sure that SolidWorks does not run under Linux, not even using Wine.

But I guess it would be not such a big effort to have a license-server in a network that distributes the licenses running on Linux. I guess it is not a big piece of software to distribute the existing licenses to the Windows-computers just where they are needed by a software running on Linux.
