SolidWorks 2013 x64 SP1, eDrawings 2013 x64. The senario: Open eDrawings, open .dwg file for viewing. Close the file. When trying to reopen the same file, or open another file, I see the green status bar in the lower right is percolating but when it's done the only thing visible is the eDrawings logo on a gray background. The overview button is functional, as the others all seem to be, but to view the drawing I have to close the program and reopen it.

Does this sound familiar to anybody or maybe you have a suggestion to pass on to my IT guy?
