Problem With Sheet Metal

So I was creating a profile in sheet metal, and I hit the convert to sheet metal feature and it completly messed my whole enitre part up. And I am unable/ dont know how to change it back to how it was before hand. Any Ideas?

File, reload. will reload the file from the last save.

Normally you should be able to move the "bar" at the bottom of the feature tree (rollup bar) above the sheet metal feature. If that shows the correct part, then you should be able to safely delete the sheet metal feature.
