While modeling, my 3D pan/rotate seems to glitch. I am limited by certain axes. For example, I cannot rotate about the X-axis endlessly. I only get 360 degrees, then the program wont let me continue in that direction.

Sorry, this problem is hard to expain in words. Please help because this is making assemblies very difficult to work with.
