Solidworks 2013 sp1

installed from Admin Image

I can't get Solidworks Rx and Performance test won't start up. One other user has it loaded, installed from the same image and both programs work fine. I have uninstalled/reinstalled and they still won't start up. Looks like this one may have stumped our VAR also. Suggestions?
