Is there a way to make this all one Lofted Sheet Metal part. The end result will actually be a 2" high tab along the flat edge of the of this part. We will cut on our flat laser this part with tabs then create small round flats for the ends. This will result in less welding and a nicer part. Is it possibe to use 3 sketches in a Lofted Sheet Metal part? Another solution?

I tried man, but with my limited knowledge of lofted bends, it wasn't going to happen. It looks like it's making some generalizations about how the sheet will deform and the result isn't compatible with other sheet metal features
You might try aliasing your curves(representing them as polygons) to come up with more natural bend lines. The important thing there is to make sure that your starting and ending profiles have the same number of vertices.

Sorry we still didn't jump to SWx 2013 and therefore I'm unable to open the file.
If you really need the blank layout for the peticular part I could flatten it with our 3rd party software if Parasolid file provided.
