Unigraphics & SolidWorks

I'm facing a situation as described:

My customer is using Unigraphics, I am using SolidWorks.

He sent me a .prt file where the part contains surfaces and curves. I am able to open it using SolidWorks but when come to Feature Recognition, SolidWorks is not able to recognize all the features.

I need those features to be recognized because I want to do some modification.

After I modify the part, I need to send it back to my customer and he will need to make some changes on the part using Unigraphics.

1.) Is there any way that I can save the file in SolidWorks, which my customer can open the file using Unigraphics, while maintaining all the features? So that both of us can modify the part.

2.) Any suggestion of workaround?

Please help me. Thanks!
