Mold design for commercially pure lead parts??

I am trying to make a mold for some parts and the material is commercially pure lead.  I was wondering if anyone can help me with a few questions.

  1. What is the shrinkage factor for commercially pure lead?
  2. When scaling the part in SolidWorks can you do it by percentage (make 1% bigger)?
  3. Would it be best to just pour the lead in the top and just shave the overflow off after (parts shown as red in pic 2)
  4. Can anyone think of anything else I need to consider to make this mold work.

I have attached the part files as well in case anyboby needed them!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Chris
