I have installed Solidworks 2012 Education Edition in our colleges’ classrooms however, all the PCs receive an error accessing features from the toolbox, eg:
Error: Smart Fasteners requires Solidworks Toolbox, which is not present
Searching through pervious post, I have ensured toolbox is set to load on startup in add-ins. This is a problem on PCs that are a fresh install or upgrade. The other possibility was that this is not a premium license and the toolbox feature is not available; but looking at our network license manager Solidworks Premium and Standard are both listed as available with plenty of free licenses.
Any help with the issue would be greatly appreciated,
