isometric, dimetric, and trimetric view options missing

I really like the new view orientation box, but do not like that the iso, di, and tri metric view options are missing. I called my VAR and he suggested I do a complete uninstall and clean reinstall of SWX 2013 sp1.0. I did that. I opened the view orientation box and Voila!, there was the missing drop down for the iso views. I restored my settings, reopened the view orientation iso view options. This leads me to believe there is a switch or checkbox, somewhere, that is now checked or unchecked, since I had it before I restored my settings. Attached is a screen shot showing the view orientation dialog box, missing the iso view options.
