I see there are a number of threads but none seem to address my current issue. We are just moving to SW (2012SP4) and ePDM. I created new drawing and sheet templates for the borders. So far, so good. However, some of the designers have been using older versions of the sheet formats and I would like to update  these. I RMB the file and track to the correct border template but I the "RELOAD" option is greyed out. The files are checked into ePDM. Any ideas?
