I just started with Solid Edge and running the tutorials found in the help menu. Dumb question... can the tutorial be saved at the current location? The drawing can be saved okay, but the tutorial doesn't restart when I reopen the drawing.

Not sure about SolidEdge but this is not possible in SolidWorks.

Hi Mike,
You can't automatically go back to the same location in the tutorial, but you can save your model (part, assembly, and/or drawing) at the point you need to stop in the tutorial, then simply write down somewhere what tutorial you are on and what page/step. Then when you want to start where you left off, simply open your model and then go to the same location in the tutorial. There is no communication between the tutorial and the software itself such that you would need to start from the beginning again. They are just follow along tutorials so no need to finish the whole thing in one session.
