Dear Jason ,
Try and use the multi body sheetmetal capability.
You can then export all the flatpatterns to dxf within a single part file in one go using Solidworks itself.
Just right click the mouse on any flatpattern feature and the menu option pops up.
Export to DXF. You can then decide what you want excluded and included .
It takes a while but gets the job done.

I have a multi body sheetmetal part. I can right click on flat pattern of each body and export as .dxf but I don't see how to export all flat patterns at once.

Dear Jason,
Use Sheetworks. It can be bought as an add in.
However the parts will have to carry an attribute or a custom property indicating the thickness and material.
You could batch process the entire folder containing the part files in one go.
It really is useful. Also it will unfold parts that the solidworks flattening module might not.
It also can convert solid bodies interactively into sheetmetal and then flatten them
