I stood up a test server a few months ago, that was a clone of the live environmnet and configured a few users with access.  I do not remember how i allowed the users access.  Currently I have a few users without the red + sign that i configured to access the test pdm.   But now i want to allow a few more users access, I am getting The user 'xyz' was not found on the archive server 'TestServer' and therefore will not be able to login.  How can i allow users to access the test PDM

Are they added as users on the domain or and the clone server?

Are they added to a group allowed access to the clone server?
