What I've done so far as I have created hardware parts/configurations using the toolbox. I've copied those files, for example #4 PAN HEAD - PHILLIPS - 316, it has a variety of lengths. I've done this for screws, washers, bolts, etc. I dislike the normal toolbox. But anyway...they all have the toolbox hardware icon on them. I've checked them into a folder in the vault. Note: they do not have a rev, and have only been checked in, the state has never changed and nor should it ever be. I then added this folder location to the Design library, for easy drag and drop into assemblies.

The issue we are having is when i open the folder in the design library, it shows me all 20 screws. When one the of the other engineers opens that same folder he sees 5...? Everything is checked in, nothing is checked out. In the vault he can see every part, but in the design library only 5.

Is there a simple explanation for this?
