I just did a hard reboot of my computer trying to get SolidWorks to make some sense, but no. I have an assembly open that I just added a part to. Now the mouse cursor has a "filter" icon attached to it, and I can't do anything. I've added parts 100s of times before and never saw this before?

What's up with the filter icon on the mouse cursor?
