Deleting Revision Symbols

I inserted a revision table in a drawing with a couple of revisions and entered the info I that I wanted for this table. I then placed revision symbols for the applicable dimensions but I placed a symbol then realized it wasn't needed. When I went to delete that symbol, it deleted the pertaining row in the revision table but I want to keep that row in the table even though I don't wish to have the symbol in the drawing. Is there a way to delete a revision symbol without losing the row in the revision table? I could delete the symbol which deletes the row in the table and then re-add the row in the table but don't want to go through that if  I don't have to. Thanks!
