I have a part that was modeled with two bends. The original part was 1" thick. This was done by modeling the profile and doing a mid-plane extrude. So, the sketch determined the thickness of the part. I converted to sheetmetal, and SWX changed my model from 1" thick to .75" thick. Why???

It changed because when you do the convert to sheet metal you have an option to call out a radius. It does not default to what you have modeled, you have to put in the number you want for your radius. If you do a collect all bends it will update to your modeled radius most of the time.
