Hi.

A recent University project has had us designing a pelton wheel mock up, not really relevant to our final project, but just trying to get us a bit more confident with solidworks.

Unfortunately I'm rubbish at the problem and am completely stuck trying to pattern part of my part.

If I try and do the circular pattern using a geometry pattern I get a message saying that "the selected features could not be patterned..." and if I deselect geomety pattern then I get "the features failed to cut the body".

The features that I'm trying to patter are a revolve, a lofted cut, a mirror (which was used on the revolve and the lofted cut) along with another small cut & a boss extrusion.

I have uploaded the part in the hope that somebody can give me some help with this. Please excuse the fact that it is pretty dreadful, I'm very new to solidworks. Also, we've been told this has to be done as a single part rather than an assembly, I know it would be easier as an assembly but I'm not allowed to do it that way for some reason.
