I've always had a bit of an issue with Solidworks Weldments being used to design aluminum extrusion profiles.

I'm re-setting up my Solidworks custom weldment profiles after a re-install, and I figured now was a good time to get to the bottom of this.

I've downloaded the profile of the aluminum extrusion shown in the picture from the manufacturer (Bosch Rexroth).

I create a very simple 3D sketch, and added the weldments. As you can see in the image, clearly these are identical, yet the cutlist will not group them together.

Any ideas why?
