Hi,
Is it possible to add a part to Solidworks Toolbox?
I want it to take the mates automatically like when we are adding fasteners.
Regards,
Rajiv.

Rajiv,
I think it is possible.
There are discussions on this forum about this

What type of part you wanted to add?
Is it going with a server/network toolbox or an Individual toolbox?
John,
Ya, its possible.. I did it.
I am able to add mate references to screws, nuts & washers and when i am able to add these to an assembly.
I tried doing the same thing for dowel pin but I am not successful. It's taking the mate references but when i tried inserting into as assembly it is mating face to face.
Is there a option to flip when it's automatically taking the concentric mate.
Refer the attached image. I am trying to flip the pin.

Rajiv.

While you're placing it in the assembly, press TAB key to flip the position.
