Hello,

I am having difficulties using the trim surface command. I would like to trim the surface in order to get 4 points and than proceed to use Lofted surface feature. I am using 3D sketch and Spline on surface tool, only to  get 'Cannot trim due to error in on target body' error. The funny thing is, when i first tried Surface trim on a very similar model i had no truble using the command, and I cannot figure out why. I also tried making a parallel plane to TOP plane, drawing the spline and than projecting it to the surface only to get the same error. Could someone please tell me the right way to handle this problem?
