I have PWB (Printed Wiring Board) files that come out of our PWB design software as DXF.

I convert from DXF to DWG using DraftSight.

I then open the DWG file in SWX.

I open the DWG file in SWX.

I Exploded the blocks as SWX recommended during the import process.

PolyLines were changed to lines/arcs rather than using hatch to fill-in.

SWX imports into a drawing sheet.

Because there are more then 5000 entities in the original DXF my computer is taking forever to process my selection.

How can I import more effeciently?
