This is one you really need to talk with your SolidWorks reseller about.
No idea why it is happening, but needs investigated.
I did a clean install of Win7 with all the latest drivers (from an oem Microsoft disk, not factory reset, so no bloatware). No more issues. Don't know what was causing it, and honestly don't care anymore.
Don't know about Lenovo, but atleast HP has SW-certified laptop(s) that include HP's certain "bloatware" that results SW crash when trying to use Design Table in SW. Don't get me wrong, I have 3 HP laptops and I like them all..but the bloatware is sometimes quite painful (for all major labels).
