The company that I work for is big on tabulated drawings. I like using configured parts, and also like multi-body sheetmetal parts. I have issues with using the two of them together as you cannot have seperated design tables or design table representations for a single part.
Does anyone have a work around for this?
I have wondered if I could use the save bodies tool and if this is linked and have seperate tables in each of those parts, but not played with it.

Do you mean on the drawing? Are you saying you want to create like a multi-sheet drawing, with a sheet for each tabulated part, and therefore want to put a different design table on each sheet? I don't think that is possible.
The save bodies feature can work, sort of, but the design table in each child file can only control features added after you save the bodies, which I think would defeat most of what you want to do. If, say, you want to include a length in the table as "DIM A" or such, then you'd have to cut it to size after you save it as its own part.
We do quite a few tabulated parts, but we are strict about putting only one part per drawing, or one tabulated part per tabulated drawing.
